The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to inform any natural person as well as the interlocutors of the company BLUE FOXES (hereinafter collectively referred to as “you“) of the manner in which their personal data is collected, processed, and protected when they browse the website https://ohmygoal.media/ (hereinafter the “Site“) and when using our contact tools, notably Calendly.


For the purpose of information, the acronym “GDPR” refers to the European Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

3. USE OF THE CALENDLY TOOL


To facilitate the organization of our exchanges, BLUE FOXES uses the scheduling service Calendly, published by the company Calendly LLC:

  • Role of the Parties: Calendly acts as a Data Processor (Art. 28 GDPR) for BLUE FOXES for the provision of the scheduling service. BLUE FOXES remains the Data Controller.
  • Processed Data: Your identity and contact details, as well as metadata related to the meeting (date, time, duration). Calendly may, with consent, synchronize with our respective calendars to avoid scheduling conflicts.
  • Data Transfers: Calendly LLC, as a U.S. company, indicates that it hosts data in the United States. This transfer is governed by:
    1. Their adherence to the Data Privacy Framework (DPF) for certified entities.
    2. Failing that, by the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) integrated into their Data Processing Addendum (DPA), in accordance with the requirements of Article 46 of the GDPR.

4. DATA RECIPIENTS


Your personal data is processed confidentially and is not subject to any sharing, transfer, sale, or assignment for commercial purposes.


It is accessible only to:

  • Authorized personnel of BLUE FOXES (legal, commercial, and support teams); and
  • Our strictly necessary technical processors:
    • Hostinger (Hosting – Lithuania, EU);
    • Calendly (Scheduling tool – USA);
    • Google Workspace (Email and collaborative work tools – USA).


In the context of using third-party services, your personal data may be transferred to the United States. BLUE FOXES ensures that these providers offer sufficient guarantees, notably via certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the signature of Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, in accordance with Article 46 of the GDPR.

 

5. YOUR RIGHTS


In accordance with European regulations, you have total control over your data:

  • Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR): To know what data we hold.
  • Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR): To correct inaccurate data.
  • Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”) (Art. 17 GDPR): To request the deletion of your data.
  • Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR): To object to processing (notably for commercial prospecting).
  • Right to restriction (Art. 18 GDPR): To temporarily suspend the processing of your data.
